Franchise Tax Certification. By signature hereon, A/E hereby certifies that it is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise taxes due under Chapter 171 of the Tex. Tax Code Ch. 171, or that it is exempt from the payment of such taxes, or that it is an out-of-state corporation or limited liability company that is not subject to the Texas franchise tax, whichever is applicable.
