Franchised Area. COST CUTTERS hereby grants to the FRANCHISEE, for the term of this Agreement, the right to enter into Franchise Agreements with COST CUTTERS for the operation of Cost Cutters hairstyling businesses (the "Cost Cutters Businesses" or the "Businesses"), to be located only within the following exclusive area ______________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________ ______________, (the "Franchised Area").
