Dentist shall comply with federal statutes and regulations designed to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, including without limitation applicable provisions of federal criminal law, the False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. § 3729 et seq.), the Anti-Kickback statute (42 U.S.C. § 1320a7b(b)), the Anti-Influencing statute (42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7a(a)(5)), and the Xxxxx statute (42 U.S.C. § 1395nn).
