FRAUD AND OTHER LOSS REPORTING. Contractor shall report in writing all known or suspected fraud or other loss of any funds or other property furnished under this Contract immediately or as soon as practicable to the Commerce Representative identified on the Face Sheet.

No prior approval of subcontracting to a Subcontractor of any tier shall be required and the first three paragraphs of Section 40 of the General Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to refer to “subrecipient” rather than Subcontractor or subcontracting. The parties acknowledge and agree that Xxxxxxx may perform work under this agreement using subrecipients and that Grantee is wholly responsible for selection of subrecipients and to ensure their compliance with applicable law.
