FRAUD BY END USER(S. 7.1 SBC-13STATE shall not be liable to CLEC for any fraud associated with CLEC’s End Users' accounts, including 1+ IntraLATA toll, ported numbers, and Alternate Billing Service (ABS). ABS is a service that allows a customer to bill calls to account(s) that might not be associated with the originating line. There are three types of ABS calls: calling card, collect, and third number billed calls.
