Use of Volunteers. The School covenants and represents that all volunteers it allows access to its students or the Facility will comply with state regulations regarding the use of volunteers set out in Section 6.50.18
Use of Volunteers. The parties agree that volunteers provide a valuable resource to the County. Use of volunteers is to supplement and assist paid staff, not to replace, supervise or manage them.
Use of Volunteers. 18:11.1 Volunteers shall not be used to replace bargaining unit employees but may be used to perform tasks associated with special projects and/or activities. Where the use of volunteers becomes excessive, the Board and the Union shall meet in order to discuss the roles and responsibilities of volunteers within the District.
Use of Volunteers. 47.01 No volunteer shall perform the duties of a position which has been eliminated from the Bargaining Unit.
Use of Volunteers. 15.12.1 The District will not utilize volunteers in lieu of classified employees who are laid off or reduced in hours.
Use of Volunteers. The Contractor shall obtain the written approval of the County prior to allowing any volunteers to perform construction work on a project assisted under this Contract.
Use of Volunteers. No volunteer program shall have the effect of displacing any county employee. The County shall meet with the Union to discuss any Countywide volunteer program before implementing such a program.
Use of Volunteers. The use of volunteers will not result in the lay-off of bargaining unit employee(s) or abolishment of a position.

Use of Volunteers. The parties recognize the positive and substantial support provided by dedicated volunteers. However, in consideration of the employees’ concern that the use of volunteers should not take away from, replace or reduce bargaining unit employment, the Board and the Union hereby agree to the following process for monitoring and evaluating the use of volunteers in the context of bargaining unit employment.
