Fraudulent Actions Clause Samples
Fraudulent Actions. In the event of SA-IAS determining that the Supplier has acted fraudulently or grossly negligently in any manner, including but not limited to SA-IAS determining that a Supplier has falsely claimed, in any manner whatsoever, that a Product has been included in a Listing, all Products of the Supplier will be removed from the applicable Listings and SA-IAS will be entitled to cancel the Agreement by written notice to the Supplier. In addition, the Supplier will be liable for all reasonable cost incurred by SA-IAS pursuant to the investigation of the conduct of the Supplier.
Fraudulent Actions. Fraudulent actions or omissions in connection with Support Services- related requests, e.g. removal or alteration of the serial number of the applicable Hardware.

In the event of fraud, deceit, or connivance by "THE SOLIDARY CO-DEBTORS" with third parties to prejudice "THE BANK", this shall have the faculty to demand the immediate cancellation of the loan and proceed to the sale at public auction of the mortgaged immovable and goods given in pledge, independently of claiming through the pertaining judicial way the repair of the fraudulent acts of "THE SOLIDARY CO-DEBTORS" and their collaborators, including the penal actions that the issue may require.
Fraudulent Actions. To indemnify Indemnitee on account of Indemnitee’s conduct that is established by a final judgment, not subject to appeal, as knowingly fraudulent or deliberately dishonest or that constituted willful misconduct.
