Free City Service Sample Clauses

Free City Service. The Company shall provide free Green Waste Collection for all City-owned, City-leased, or City-rented municipal parks, offices, and facilities.

Free City Service. Republic shall provide City with free Solid Waste, Yard Waste and Recycling Collection, Removal, Processing and disposal services at all City facilities during the term of this Franchise. City shall pay for Roll-off Service (or similar temporary services) requested by City. Only the disposal tonnage for Roll-off Service and other temporary services requested by City shall accrue against the annual 5% City disposal allowance described in Section 4.3. 1. Roll-off Service shall accrue based on actual weight per load. Temporary services shall accrue at a rate of 100 lbs. per loose cubic yard times the frequency of pickup.

Free City Service. The Company shall provide free Recyclables Collection for all City-owned, City-leased, or City-rented municipal parks, offices, and facilities, excepting the Litter/Recycling Receptacles.
