Common use of Free Hire Contract Clause in Contracts

Free Hire Contract.  Hire In certain cases EMS hire instruments to Ealing authority maintained schools for a limited time for no charge. Schools are responsible for picking up these instruments from EMS unless a special arrangement with EMS has been agreed for delivery. Instruments loaned to schools will be detailed on termly statements to schools and return them to EMS when they are no longer needed. If instruments are kept for longer than the agreed length of time, the hire agreement will become a School Hire and will be payable at the current hire rate.
