FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. CHAPTER 1
FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The Community and Morocco shall gradually establish a free trade area over a transitional period lasting a maximum of 12 years starting from the date of the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the 1994 General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the other multilateral agreements on trade in goods annexed to the Agreement establishing the WTO, hereinafter referred to as "GATT".
FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The Community and Estonia shall establish a free trade area upon entry into force of the Agreement on Free Trade and Trade-Related Matters on 1 January 1995, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the GATT and the WTO.

FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The Community and Serbia shall gradually establish a bilateral free trade area over a period lasting a maximum of six years starting from the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the GATT 1994 and the WTO. In so doing they shall take into account the specific requirements laid down hereinafter.
FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The Community and Albania shall gradually establish a free trade area over a period lasting a maximum of ten years starting from the date of entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the GATT 1994 and the WTO. In so doing they shall take into account the specific requirements laid down hereinafter.
FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The Parties shall gradually establish a free trade area on substantially all their trade between them in a transitional period lasting a maximum of nine years starting from the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with Article XXIV of the GATT 1994 and the other multilateral agreements on trade in goods annexed to the Agreement establishing the WTO.

The Community and Lithuania shall gradually establish a free trade area in a transitional period lasting a maximum of six years starting from the entry into force of the Agreement on Free Trade and Trade-Related Matters on 1 January 1995, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the GATT and the WTO.
FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The Community and Tunisia shall gradually establish a free trade area over a transitional period lasting a maximum of 12 years starting from the date of the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 and the other multilateral Agreements on trade in goods annexed to the Agreement establishing the WTO, hereinafter referred to as the GATT.
FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The Community and algeria shall gradually establish a free-trade area over a transitional period lasting a maximum of 12 years starting from the date of the entry into force of this agreement in accordance with the following provisions and in conformity with those of the 1994 General agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the other multilateral agreements on trade in goods annexed to the agreement establishing the World Trade Organisation (WTO), hereinafter referred to as ‘GaTT’.
