Free Workplace Policy. Architect‐Engineer acknowledges that pursuant to the Federal Drug‐Free Workplace Act of 1989, the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance is prohibited on District premises. Architect‐Engineer agrees that any violation of this prohibition by Architect‐Engineer, its employees, agents or assigns shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
