FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION REGULATIONS. 26.1 The Partners agree that they will each cooperate with each other to enable any Partner receiving a request for information under the 2000 Act or the 2004 Regulations to respond to a request promptly and within the statutory timescales. This cooperation shall include but not be limited to finding, retrieving and supplying information held, directing requests to other Partners as appropriate and responding to any requests by the Partner receiving a request for comments or other assistance. 26.2 Any and all agreements between the Partners as to confidentiality shall be subject to their duties under the 2000 Act and 2004 Regulations. No Partner shall be in breach of Clause 26 if it makes disclosures of information in accordance with the 2000 Act and/or 2004 Regulations.
