FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION REGULATIONS. 26.1 The Partners agree that they will co-operate with each other to enable any Partner receiving a request for information under the FOIA or the EIR to respond to a request promptly and within the statutory timescales. This cooperation shall include but not be limited to finding, retrieving and supplying information held, directing requests to other partners as appropriate and responding to any requests by the Partner receiving a request for comments or other assistance. 26.2 Any and all agreements between the Partners as to confidentiality shall be subject to their duties under the FOIA and the EIR. No Partner shall be in breach of Clause 26 if it makes disclosure of information in accordance with the FOIA and/or the EIR.
