FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION REGULATIONS. 30.1 The Parties agree that they will each cooperate with each other to enable any Party receiving a request for information under the 2000 Act or the 2004 Regulations to respond to a request promptly and within the statutory timescales. This cooperation shall include but not be limited to finding, retrieving and supplying information held, directing requests to the other Party as appropriate and responding to any requests by the Party receiving a request for comments or other assistance.
