French Language Documents (Quebec. A French translation of the Award Agreement, this Addendum, the Plan and certain other documents related to the Award will be made available to you as soon as reasonably practicable following your written request. You understand that, from time to time, additional information related to the Award may be provided in English and such information may not be immediately available in French. However, upon written request, the Company will provide a translation of such information into French as soon as reasonably practicable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Award Agreement, and unless you indicate otherwise, the French translation of this document and certain other documents related to the Award will govern your Award and your participation in the Plan.
