Common use of Frequency of Interim Audit Reports Clause in Contracts

Frequency of Interim Audit Reports. If the Auditors have delivered to the Distributor an Annual Audit Report or an Interim Audit Report which states that the Retailer has met the requirements set out in clause 30.1(b), whether under clause 30.3(a), 30.4 or 30.5 then the Distributor will not be entitled to request that the Auditors produce an Interim Audit Report within 60 Working Days of the date as at which that report is prepared.
