Fresh Water Delivery Nominations. Producer shall regularly communicate to Antero Water the dates on which Producer plans to carry out hydraulic fracturing operations on each Well Pad and shall by notice to Producer not less than five Business Days in advance specify the dates on which Antero Water is to commence deliveries of Fresh Water at the Fresh Water Delivery Points at such Well Pad.
