Fresh Water Delivery Nominations. Producer shall regularly communicate to Service Provider the dates on which Producer plans to carry out hydraulic fracturing operations on each Well Pad and shall by notice to Service Provider not less than five Business Days in advance specify the dates on which Service Provider is to commence deliveries of Fresh Water at the Frac Water Delivery Points at such Well Pad.
