FROM FALL TO SPRING. If Resident is not attending ▇▇▇ Houston State University for the Spring semester of the academic year, the Resident must cancel the contract in writing by December 1 of the year during occupancy to be eligible for a refund, according to section VIII. REFUNDS, of the Resident room deposit. If Resident re-enrolls for the spring semester, Resident is still responsible for fulfilling the terms of the contract; please refer to section XVII.
