FROM FALL TO SPRING. If Resident is not attending Xxx Houston State University for the Spring semester of the academic year, the Resident must cancel the contract in writing by December 1 of the year during occupancy to be eligible for a refund, according to section VIII. REFUNDS, of the Resident room deposit. If Resident re-enrolls for the spring semester, Resident is still responsible for fulfilling the terms of the contract; please refer to section XVII.
