From the Prepayment Account. The Borrower shall instruct the Depositary Bank pursuant to an Accounts Withdrawal Certificate to transfer funds on deposit in the Prepayment Account in the manner and to the extent set forth in the applicable clause of Section 2.09(b) of the Credit Agreement.
