Common use of Front-end expenses Clause in Contracts

Front-end expenses. The Issuer shall reimburse each Agent for all reasonable expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees incurred after the execution of this Agreement and any publication, advertising, communication, courier, postage and other out-of-pocket expenses) properly incurred and documented in connection with its services hereunder other than such costs and expenses as are separately agreed to be reimbursed out of the fees payable under Clause 8.1.

Front-end expenses. The Issuer shall on demand reimburse the Issue and Paying Agent, each Paying Agent and each Determination Agent for all reasonable expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees incurred after the execution of this Agreement and any publication, advertising, communication, courier, postage and other out-of-out of pocket expenses) properly incurred and documented in connection with its services hereunder (plus any applicable value added tax), other than such costs and expenses as are separately agreed to be reimbursed out of the fees payable under Clause 8.1Xxxxxx 11.1 (Fees).

The Issuer shall on demand reimburse each the Agent for all reasonable expenses incurred by it in the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement, and shall on demand reimburse each Paying Agent for all expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees incurred after the execution of this Agreement and any publication, advertising, communication, courier, postage and other out-of-pocket expenses) properly incurred and documented in connection with its services hereunder other than such costs and expenses as are separately agreed to be reimbursed out of the fees payable under Clause 8.1(plus any applicable value added tax).

Front-end expenses. The Issuer shall reimburse each Paying Agent for all reasonable expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees incurred after the execution of this Agreement and any publication, advertising, communication, courier, postage and other out-of-pocket expenses) properly incurred and documented in connection with its services hereunder (plus any applicable value added tax) promptly upon receipt from such Paying Agent of notification of the amount of such expense together with the relevant invoices and / or receipts, other than such costs and expenses as are separately agreed to be reimbursed out of the fees payable under Clause 8.19.1 (Fees).
