Front-End Ratio and Back-End Ratio. Xxxxxxxx’s monthly housing debt, including mortgage principal, interest, property taxes, property insurance, and if applicable mortgage insurance and homeowner’s association dues cannot be less than 30% (front-end ratio) of the gross household income. The front-end ratio shall not be more than 43%. The ratio of monthly housing costs, plus all other household monthly recurring debts (including credit cards, car payment, etc.) cannot exceed 45% (back-end ratio) of the gross household income. MOHCD may consider a higher front-end ratio if the borrower meets two or more of the indicators as described in the DALP Manual.

  • Cash Flow Coverage Ratio The ratio of (a) the Borrower's Cash Flow to (b) the sum of (i) the Borrower's consolidated Interest Expense plus (ii) the Borrower's scheduled payments of principal (including the principal component of Capital Leases) to be paid during the 12 months following any date of determination shall at all times exceed (1) 1.5 to 1.

  • Senior Leverage Ratio The Borrower shall not permit its Senior Leverage Ratio at any time to exceed 2.75 to 1.00.

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, shall not permit the Total Net Leverage Ratio on the last day of any Test Period to exceed the ratio set forth below opposite the last day of such Test Period:

  • Quick Ratio A ratio of Quick Assets to Current Liabilities of at least 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Debt to Capitalization Ratio As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the Debt to Capitalization Ratio shall be less than or equal to 0.70 to 1.0.
