Frontiers Division. This Division shall be responsible for monitoring and supervising the admission, departure, activities and expulsion of aliens and the migration of nationals and for the monitoring and supervision of public and private civilian airports, without prejudice to the constitutional duty of the armed forces to defend the integrity of the territory of the State.
