FROZEN PIPES. Resident agrees not to turn heat below 60 degrees to prevent freezing of pipes. Resident agrees to allow ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to turn heat up to 60 degrees in the event pipes are in danger of freezing. Resident will pay to repair all pipes that may burst, due to his or her negligence, and any resulting damages.
