FTO REVIEW PROCESS. 2.2.1 Scotts shall provide notice to Monsanto of the Licensed Xxxx(s) Scotts intends to use (a) in the United States on proposed FTO Review Products & Services, and/or (b) in specified countries in the Territory, but outside the United States, on proposed FTO Review Products & Services. Scotts’ notices shall include information adequate to allow Monsanto to conduct the FTO Review Process and Scotts shall also provide such other information as Monsanto may later reasonably request.
