Common use of FTR Credit Limit Clause in Contracts

FTR Credit Limit. FTR Credit Limit will be equal to the amount of credit established with PJMSettlement that a Participant has specifically designated to PJMSettlement to be set aside and used for FTR activity. Any such credit so set aside shall not be considered available to satisfy any other credit requirement the Participant may have with PJMSettlement.
