Fuel Fees, Taxes, and Other Costs. The Contractor may assess the following charges as determined by the price sheet for the county in which delivery of Fuel is made: 2.1. Delivery charges are allowed. 2.2. Freight charges will apply on all Transport Deliveries. 2.3. Pump off charge for Transport Delivery. This may be charged more than once if Transport Delivery truck is required to relocate to deliver to additional tanks. 2.4. Excessive delay charge if Contractor should wait more than 30 minutes to begin Fuel delivery. 2.5. Back haul charge if Customer orders more than tanks can hold. 2.6. Top off charge. 2.7. Tank maintenance, if customer and vendor agree. 2.8. Other fees were permitted by paragraph 215.422(3)(b), Florida Statutes. This space left intentionally blank.
