Common use of Fulfillment of Duties Clause in Contracts

Fulfillment of Duties. During the Term of this Agreement, Executive shall (i) devote his full business time and best efforts to the performance of his services hereunder, excluding vacation periods and periods of illness or incapacity, and (ii) perform his services hereunder faithfully, diligently and to the best of his skill and ability.

During the Term of this Agreement, Executive shall (i) devote his full business time and best efforts to the performance of his services hereunder, excluding vacation periods and periods of illness or incapacity, except that nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Executive from devoting reasonable periods required for serving as a director of Offshore Logistics, Inc., provided that such position does not involve any conflict of interest with the interests of the Company or interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, and (ii) perform his services hereunder faithfully, diligently and to the best of his skill and ability.
