Fulfillment of Orders upon Termination. After the Termination Date Zeltiq shall be obligated to fulfill only those orders that were accepted by Zeltiq prior to the Termination Date, provided that Zeltiq shall have no such obligation if Zeltiq terminates this Agreement pursuant to Sections 6(b) through (e).
