Common use of Full Access and Consultation Clause in Contracts

Full Access and Consultation. The Seller will permit and will cause the Company to permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Stations, to all premises, properties, books, records, contracts, Tax records, and documents of or pertaining to the Company. The Buyer will use its best efforts to complete its due diligence review of all such premises, properties, books, records, contracts, Tax records and documents of or pertaining to the Company within sixty (60) days from the date of this Agreement. The Seller will cause the Company to consult with the Buyer's management with a view to informing the Buyer's management as to the operations, management and business of the Stations.

The Seller Sellers will cause the Company to consult with the Buyer's management with a view to informing the Buyer's management as to the operations, management and business of the Stations.
