Common use of Full Access to Funds Clause in Contracts

Full Access to Funds. Each Primary Cardholder and Secondary Cardholder will have full access to any funds in the Primary Cardholder’s Prepaid Card account (including any fund loads by Secondary Cardholders); there is no separate account balance associated with the Secondary Card(s).
