Common use of Full and Complete Agreement Clause in Contracts

Full and Complete Agreement. This Agreement contains the full and complete agreement between the Board and the Association on all negotiable issues and neither party shall be required during the term thereof to negotiate upon any issue, whether it is covered or not covered in this Agreement. Any item not covered in this Agreement may be governed by existing policies, rules or regulations of the Board, or by the modification of existing policies, rules and regulations or the adoption of new policies, rules or regulations.
