Full and Entire. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter herein.

Sole and Entire Agreement This is the complete agreement of the parties on the subject of arbitration of disputes, except for any arbitration agreement in connection with any pension or benefit plan. This Agreement supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written understanding on the subject. No party is relying on any representations, oral or written, on the subject of the effect, enforceability or meaning of this Arbitration Agreement, except as specifically set forth in this Arbitration Agreement.
Integration and Entire Agreement This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes and merges all previous written and oral negotiations, commitments, understandings and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof between the parties hereto.
