FULL AND FINAL AGREEMENT. This Agreement, including any exhibits hereto, constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Settling Jurisdictions with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any and all prior or existing understandings, agreements, plans, and negotiations, whether written or oral, between the Company and any Settling Jurisdiction. All modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by each of the Parties hereto.
