Common use of FULL AND FINAL AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

FULL AND FINAL AGREEMENT. The Employer and the Lodge concur that this Agreement is intended to cover any and all matters affecting wages, hours and all other terms and conditions of employment, to include but not limited to similar or related subjects. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Employer nor the Lodge will be required to negotiate on any matters affecting these or other related subjects, not specifically set forth in this Agreement or currently in effect under “all rules, regulations, fiscal procedures, working conditions, departmental practices and manner of conducting operation and administration of fire departments and police departments, currently in effect of the effective date of any negotiated agreement, shall be deemed a part of said agreement unless and except as modified or changed by specific terms of such agreement”.
