FULL AND FINAL AGREEMENT. This Agreement represents the full and final agreement between the Parties and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements of the Parties. Both City and JOC acknowledge and agree there are no oral agreements between the Parties.
