FULL AND FINAL AGREEMENT. This agreement constitutes the full and final agreement of the parties hereto and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements. This agreement may not be modified orally, or in any manner other than by an agreement in writing and signed by both parties or their respective successors in interest. LESSEE avers and warrants that no representations not contained within this agreement have been made with the intention of inducing execution of this agreement.
