Common use of Full Business Time and Attention Clause in Contracts

Full Business Time and Attention. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, the Employee shall (a) devote all of Employee’s business time, attention, skill and energy to the duties and responsibilities of Employee’s position (allowing for management of Employee’s personal affairs that do not interfere with Employee’s duties and responsibilities to the Company); (b) service the Company faithfully, diligently and to the best of Employee’s ability; (c) use Employee’s best reasonable efforts to promote the success of the Company; and (d) cooperate fully with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors (the “Board”) or any committee thereof in the advancement of the Company’s best interests to assure full and efficient performance of Employee’s duties hereunder.
