Full Time Attention. Executive shall devote his best efforts and his full business time and attention to the performance of the services customarily incident to such office and to such other services as the Board may reasonably request.
Full Time Attention. Employee shall devote his full time, attention, energy and skills to the Company during the period he is employed under this Agreement.
Full Time Attention. Executive shall devote his best efforts and his full business time and attention to the performance of the services customarily incident to such office and to such other services as the Board or Chief Financial Officer of an acquiring parent company may reasonably request, provided that Executive may also serve on the Boards of Directors of one or more other companies with the prior consent of the Board and may serve on the governing bodies of such charitable organizations as Executive determines.
Full Time Attention. EMPLOYEE shall perform his duties hereunder in a diligent and professional manner and devote substantially all of his business time and attention, best efforts, energy and skills to EMPLOYER during the time he is employed hereunder as President of EMPLOYER. During the term of this Agreement EMPLOYEE shall not without the express consent of EMPLOYER’s Board of Directors serve or act as a shareholder (except passive holdings of less than 1 % of the stock), employee, agent, consultant, officer, director, partner, representative or owner of any other business entity, nor (if it would require more than an insubstantial amount of business time or attention) of any non-profit entity.
Full Time Attention. The Executive will devote full-time attention to the business affairs of the Company and will faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience and talents perform all lawful duties required of him. The Executive may engage in outside business endeavors only with the written approval of the CEO or the Board. The Executive may also engage in civic, religious, and charitable activities as long as such activities do not unreasonably conflict or interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
Full Time Attention. During his employment, Employee shall devote his full energies, interest, abilities and productive time to the performance of this Agreement. Without Employer's prior written consent, Employee shall not render to others services of any kind of nature for compensation or engage in any other business activity that would interfere with the performance of his duties under this Agreement.
Full Time Attention. Employee shall devote his full time, attention, energy and skills to the Company during the period he is employed under this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Employee may spend a reasonable amount of time, which does not materially interfere with his duties to the Company, to serve as a director of one or more other entities which do not directly conflict or compete with the business of the Company.
Full Time Attention. During employment with the Company, Executive shall devote Executive’s best efforts and full business time and attention to the business of the Company and the performance of the services customarily incident to such position and to such other services as assigned from time to time by the CEO and/or the Board of Directors of the Company. This is an exempt position, and Executive shall not be entitled to any overtime compensation.
Full Time Attention. You will devote substantially all of your business time and attention, energy and skills to the Company during the Retainment Term as if you were fully employed by IAT Multimedia, Inc. The days on which you will not be available for IAT business are mentioned in Annex 1 of this Agreement.
Full Time Attention. Employee shall devote substantially all of his business time and attention, energy and skills to the Company during the time he is employed under this Agreement. The Company acknowledges that Employee currently sits on the board of directors of the following companies:
(1) MicroChip Corporation, Arizona; and
