Full Cost Recovery Of Investigation And Audit Costs. Contractor shall reimburse County (by direct payment or County withholding of payment, at County’s sole discretion) for all direct and indirect expenditures incurred in conducting an audit/investigation when Contractor is found in violation (material breach) of the terms of the Agreement.
