Common use of Full Day Engagement Clause in Contracts

Full Day Engagement. A total of 50 minutes material may be recorded for multi-episodic (up to 10 episodes in the same strand, series or serial) or item use but each episode/item must not exceed 12 minutes duration. Fee 150% of Full Day Engagement fee If the material recorded exceeds 50 minutes, an additional 10% is payable for each additional 10 minutes or part thereof or the 11th and subsequent episodes
