Full Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility. Supervisors covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least seventy-five (75) percent of the time are eligible for the full Employer Contribution. This means: 1. Supervisors who are scheduled to work at least eighty (80) hours per pay period for a period of nine (9) months or more in any twelve (12) consecutive months. 2. Supervisors who are scheduled to work at least sixty (60) hours per pay period for twelve (12) consecutive months, but excluding part-time or seasonal supervisors serving on less than a seventy-five (75) percent basis.
