Full Force and Effect During Notice Period. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until the expiration of the applicable termination notice period. For clarity, if any milestone event is achieved during the termination notice period, then the corresponding milestone payment is accrued and Zai shall remain responsible for the payment of such milestone payment even if the due date of such milestone payment may come after the effective date of the termination.
