Full information. Optionee represents that he or she is familiar with the business and affairs of the Company and realizes that the receipt of the Option and Option Shares is a speculative investment and that any possible profit therefrom is uncertain. Optionee further represents that he or she has had the opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from the Company and any person acting on its behalf and to obtain all information available with respect to the Company and its affairs, and has received all information and data with respect to the Company that [OFFICERS/EMPLOYEES/CONSULTANTS] he or she has requested and which he or she has deemed relevant in connection with his or her receipt of the Option and the Option Shares subject to the Option.
