Contractor warrants that before submitting its Proposal and/or entering into this Contract, it had a full opportunity to review the proposed services and review all City requirements and/or expectations under this Contract. The Contractor is responsible for being adequately and properly prepared to execute this Contract. Contractor has satisfied itself in all material respects that it will be able to perform all obligations under the Contract as specified herein.
