The Contractor warrants that before submitting its bid and entering into this Contract, it had a full opportunity to review the proposed services, examine all measurements, dimensions, and existing conditions of the work area for this Contract and to review all County requirements and expectations under this Contract. The Contractor is responsible for being adequately and properly prepared to execute and perform this Contract. The Contractor has satisfied itself in all material respects that it will be able to perform all obligations under the Contract as specified herein.
