Common use of Full Reconveyance by the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Full Reconveyance by the Trustee. To the extent that the Trustee's signature is necessary on any full reconveyance of this Deed of Trust then, upon written request of the Beneficiary stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to the Trustee for cancellation and retention (or disposal in accordance with applicable law), and upon payment by the Grantor of the Trustee's fees, the Trustee shall reconvey to the Grantor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty, any portion of the Trust Property then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as the person or persons legally entitled thereto.
