Common use of Full settlement of Clause in Contracts

Full settlement of. claim The Chief Executive acknowledges that payment made by the Board under this Agreement in relation to a termination due to restructuring shall constitute full settlement of any claim the Chief Executive has or may have against the Board for salary, compensation, special or general damages, interest or legal costs or disbursements or otherwise whether under any statute, at common law, in equity or otherwise and arising out of or in connection with the termination of the employment of the Chief Executive under this Agreement.
