Full-Time Active Duty. Employees who resign from their positions to serve in the Armed Forces for more than one hundred eighty (180) days, shall have a right to return to their former classification upon serving written notice to the appointing authority, no later than ninety (90) days after completion of such service. Returning employees are subject to a physical/psychological examination.
