Perfect Attendance. Employees in regular, full-time positions who do not utilize any sick leave in a calendar year (i.e., pay period 1 through pay period 26 or 27, when applicable, of the same year), and who do not record any sick leave without pay or absent without pay during that year, shall receive a one (1) year’s paid membership in a County Human Resources approved health facility or utilization of perfect attendance leave. The paid health facility membership shall not exceed the cost of a one (1) year paid membership at the County Human Resources approved health facility. In lieu of a Human Resources approved health facility membership, the employee has the option of utilizing sixteen (16) hours of perfect attendance leave, no cash out provision, within the time frame of the subsequent calendar year. Failure to utilize perfect attendance leave within the subsequent calendar year shall result in forfeiture of the same.
Perfect Attendance. A bonus for perfect attendance will be paid to both full and part-time employees. The amount of $100 will be paid for the first quarter of perfect attendance, $125 for the second accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, $150 for the third accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, and $250 for the fourth quarter of accumulated perfect attendance. Payment for perfect attendance shall be reflected in the second paycheck each January and July for qualifying Association members. These pay days may be adjusted if the school calendar changes. In order to be considered for perfect attendance no sick leave, personal leave days, partial days, or days without pay may be used during the quarter.
Perfect Attendance. In lieu of the reimbursement, the employee has the option of utilizing sixteen (16) hours of perfect attendance leave, no cash out provision, within the time frame of the subsequent calendar year. Failure to utilize perfect attendance leave by pay period 26 (or 27 when applicable) of the year in which it was credited to the employee’s leave balances or if an employee is appointed to a position in an occupational unit that does not contain a perfect attendance leave provision shall result in forfeiture of the same.
Perfect Attendance. Regular full-time employees, who do not utilize any sick leave in pay periods 1 through 26 consecutively (or 27 when applicable) and who do not record any sick leave without pay, absent without pay, Medical Emergency Leave, or military leave during those consecutive pay periods shall be reimbursed up to a maximum of $299 for an annual individual (employee only) health club membership. Health club membership cost must be incurred and submitted for reimbursement within a reasonable period of time from when it was awarded. In lieu of the reimbursement, the employee has the option of utilizing sixteen (16) hours of perfect attendance leave, no cash-out provision, from the pay period the perfect attendance leave is credited to the employee’s leave balances until the end of pay period 26 (or 27 when applicable) of that year. Failure to utilize perfect attendance leave by pay period 26 (or 27 when applicable) of the year in which it was credited to the employee’s leave balances or if an employee is appointed to a position in an occupational unit that does not contain a perfect attendance leave provision shall result in forfeiture of the same.
Perfect Attendance. If an employee is not absent through sickness, for six (6) consecutive months during the calendar year, a payment of the equivalent of one (1) days pay at the employee’s normal rate of pay will be provided. Absences due to WSIB incidents or Emergency/Family Care Leave will not affect an employee’s eligibility for perfect attendance payment or time off. This will be earned on the following basis: Perfect attendance from January 1st through June 30th - one (1) day. Perfect attendance from July 1st through December 31st - one (1) day. The employee must make the decision on whether to take payment or time off within one (1) month of having earned the entitlement. Payment will be made within two (2) months and time off must be used within six (6) months of having earned the entitlement.

Perfect Attendance. Employees with perfect attendance for the year shall receive a Three Hundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollar stipend. Perfect attendance will be defined as the employee using no personal or sick days during the school year.

Perfect Attendance. Each employee with perfect attendance shall be eligible for a one hundred dollar ($100.00) perfect attendance award per year. Each perfect attendance participant shall be eligible for a drawing of a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250.00) award per year. This drawing will take place at the boardroom in the afternoon on the last day of the school year.
Perfect Attendance. Employees maintaining perfect attendance during the school year will be allotted one (1) additional personal day. The additional personal day will not accumulate, but will turn into accumulated sick days if not used. (An employee will have perfect attendance when they do not call in sick between July 1 and June 30.)
