Full Time Drivers. 10.3.1 The District will create a new classification of driver-a 180-Day Full Time Driver, thirty-two (32) hour minimum position. The District will, budget permitting, maintain 100 of these positions. 10.3.2 The District and the Union agree to increase the number of 180-Day Full Time Driver, thirty-two (32) hour minimum positions, as practicable. 10.3.3 Drivers who are holding forty (40) hour full time positions as of711/06 shall be grandfathered and will retain their position until they permanently vacate the position for any reason. A listing of these individuals shall be retained by both the Union and the District. Vacated forty (40) hour full time positions shall be replaced with 180- Day Full Time Driver, thirty- two (32) hour minimum positions. 10.3.4 Prior to any reduction of the number of full-time Bus Operator positions that were in effect at the end of the previous school year, the District will notify the Union of such proposed reduction and the reason(s) therefore, and the Union will have an opportunity for review, consultation, and recommendation before any such reduction is finalized.

Full Time Drivers. 10.3.1 All drivers will work a 180-day work calendar and are guaranteed a minimum of six and one-half (6-½) hours per day during the District established school year. Drivers will be maintained in two seniority lists, CDL drivers and Non CDL drivers. 10.3.2 Drivers who are holding forty (40) hour full time positions [including designated relief drivers] as of July 2021 shall be grandfathered and will retain their position until they permanently vacate the position for any reason. A listing of these individuals shall be retained by both the Union and the District. Vacated forty (40) hour full time positions [including designated relief drivers] shall not be replaced as forty (40) hour full time positions. 10.3.3 Drivers requesting to have less than a minimum of six and one-half (6-½) hours per day during the District established school year will do so in writing. This accommodation will be based on operational needs and there is no minimum number of guaranteed hours per day.
Full Time Drivers. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain at least nine (9) full time drivers at all times.
Full Time Drivers shall accumulate sick days at the rate of one half day per month for a total of Six (6) days per year. The maximum to which sick days shall be allowed to accumulate shall be sixty. If a sick-day is required, the rate of pay shall be equal to six (6) hours pay at the hourly rate specified in Article 27. A Driver shall receive remuneration for each sick day they are unable to return to work until the accumulated sick day credits have been used. For the purpose of this Article, a sick-day is defined as a day that a Driver asks to be removed from any work assigned because they are unable to report to work due to medical reasons. A Driver that is off work due to sickness for three or more consecutive work shifts may be required to furnish the Company with a Return to Work form provided by the Company that has been completed by a M3333edical Doctor. A Driver who books a sick day on the day immediately prior to or following their approved days off or vacations, after the first occasion on an annual basis, may be required to obtain a report from their Medical Doctor describing the nature of their illness, on the Company’s form. (a) A driver must give a minimum of 12 hours’ notice of their intent to return to work after a sick day and is responsible for confirming themselves on their next day’s work.

  • Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

  • Full-Time Position Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, energies and attention to the performance of his duties hereunder. Nothing herein shall be construed as preventing Executive from making and supervising personal investments, provided they will not interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder or violate the provisions of Section 5.4 hereof.

  • Full-Time Efforts Employee shall perform and discharge faithfully and diligently such duties and responsibilities and shall devote Employee’s full-time efforts to the business and affairs of Company. Employee agrees to promote the best interests of the Company and to take no action that is likely to damage the public image or reputation of the Company, its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Full Time; Best Efforts The Executive shall use his best efforts to promote the interests of the Company and shall devote his full business time and efforts to its business and affairs and shall not provide management services to any other company or otherwise engage in business activities that would reasonably be expected to materially interfere with the performance of the Executive’s duties, services and responsibilities hereunder.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Full-Time Status In addition to the duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the Executive pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Executive shall: (a) devote substantially all of Executive’s time, energy and skill during regular business hours to the performance of the duties of his employment (reasonable vacations and reasonable absences due to illness excepted) and faithfully perform such duties; (b) diligently follow and implement all reasonable and lawful management policies and decisions communicated to Executive by the Board of Directors of the Employer; and (c) timely prepare and forward to the Board of Directors of the Employer all reports and accountings as may reasonably be requested of the Executive.

  • Full Time and Attention During the Employment Term, Executive shall devote his or her full time and attention to the business of the Company and will not, without the prior written consent of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, be engaged (whether or not during normal business hours) in any other business or professional activity, whether or not such activities are pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall not be prevented from (a) engaging in any civic or charitable activity for which Executive receives no compensation or other pecuniary advantage, (b) investing his or her personal assets in businesses which do not compete with the Company, provided that such investments will not require any services on the part of Executive in the operation of the affairs of the businesses and that Executive’s participation is solely that of an investor, or (c) purchasing securities in any corporation whose securities are regularly traded, provided that such purchases will not result in Executive owning beneficially at any time 5% or more of the equity securities of any corporation engaged in a business competitive with that of the Company.
