Full-Time Hours. The rates of pay set forth are based on full-time employment of forty (40) hours in a workweek, eighty (80) hours in a bi-weekly pay period and two thousand eighty (2080) hours annually.
Full-Time Hours. All scheduling will be done on the basis that each full-time nurse will be scheduled for 1950 hours per year. To achieve this, the master schedule will include:
(a) one (1) additional eleven and one-quarter (11.25) hour tour in every four (4) month period, on a scheduled day off
(b) with an individual nurse’s written consent, twelve (12) seven and one-half (7.5) hour lieu days, on scheduled days off.
Full-Time Hours. Subject to the employee's qualification, skills and clauses 15.02, 15.03 and 15.04 whenever a vacancy occurs the Employer will make every reasonable effort to combine work locations and job classes within reasonable driving distances so that employees are able to work up to full time hours. In a situation where additional hours are added to a part-time position, the incumbent employee shall receive the extra hours without a job posting. Notwithstanding the above, should the additional hours awarded the position result in full time equivalent hours, then the position shall be posted as per Article 15.
Full-Time Hours. The ordinary hours of work for a full-time Employee will be 38 hours per week. The maximum ordinary hours in any one shift will be
Full-Time Hours. 32.1 The ordinary hours of work for a full time Employee are an average of 38 hours per week as measured over a 4-week period.
32.2 The minimum ordinary hours of work that Strathony may require a full time Employee to work on any day is 5 hours.
32.3 The maximum ordinary hours of work per day that Strathony may require a full time employee to work in any week is:
(a) 10.5 hours on two days of that week; and
(b) 9 hours on the rest of the days in that week.
32.4 The maximum ordinary hours that Strathony may require a full time Employee to work in any week is 48 hours.
32.5 The maximum number of consecutive days that Strathony may require a full time Employee to work his or her ordinary hours in any 2 week period is 6 days.
Full-Time Hours. (a) (i) Hours of work shall be seven and one half (7 1/2) hours or eight (8) hours per day, exclusive of unpaid breaks and overtime. Shifts of shorter duration may be scheduled depending on the needs of the site; and
Full-Time Hours. 21.1 The ordinary hours of work for a full time Employee are an average of 38 hours per week over a 4-week period (152 hours on average).
21.2 The Employee may be required by Xxxxx the Grocer Adelaide to work reasonable additional hours in accordance with section 226 of the Act.
Full-Time Hours. 27.1 The ordinary hours of work for a full time Employee are 38 hours per week measured over a 4 week period.
27.2 An Employee may request, or OCS may require an Employee to work further reasonable additional hours beyond an average of 38 hours per week in accordance with section 226 of the Act. 28 Part-time Hours
28.1 The ordinary hours of work for a part-time Employee are an average of less than 38 hours per week measured over a 4-week period.
28.2 The minimum number of hours on any day for a part-time Employee must not be less than 2 hours.
28.3 Part-time Employees pay, leave and other conditions, other than allowances that are of a reimbursement nature, will be on a pro rata basis unless otherwise and specifically stated in this Agreement.
28.4 OCS will advise a part-time Employee on engagement of his or her weekly ordinary hours of work.
28.5 OCS and a part-time Employee may agree to change the Employee’s weekly ordinary hours of work, including a change to full time hours.
Full-Time Hours. 31.1 The weekly hours of work for a full time Employee are 40 hours comprising 38 ordinary hours and 2 additional hours.
31.2 The parties to this Agreement have agreed that the 2 additional hours of work each week are reasonable having regard to:
(a) any possible risk to the Employee’s health and safety;
(b) Employees’ personal circumstances, including family responsibilities; and
(c) the operational requirements of Southern Plumbing.
